We want you to love your ThinkerLamps. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it right.

Return Window

You have 15 days from delivery to request a return. After that, we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.

What's Eligible for a Refund

We only accept returns and issue refunds for items that are:

  • Defective or damaged on arrival
  • Unused, unopened, and in original condition
  • In their original packaging
  • Returned within 15 days of delivery

Items that have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition aren't eligible for a refund.

Not Happy With Your Purchase?

If your item isn't damaged but you're not fully satisfied, we still want to hear from you. Email us at support@thinkerlamps.com and our team will do our best to find a solution that works for you. While these situations fall outside our standard return policy, we genuinely care about your experience and will see what we can do on a case-by-case basis.

How Returns Work

  1. Reach out to support@thinkerlamps.com with your order number and photos (if damaged)
  2. We'll send return instructions within 24 hours
  3. Ship the item back — return shipping is the customer's responsibility
  4. We inspect and refund — once approved, your refund is issued to the original payment method within a few business days
