Shipping and Delivery
All orders are professionally packaged, prepared and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Due to the delays caused by the overstressing of our logistics we currently offer FREE worldwide shipping.
The typical delivery time frame is anywhere from 5-12 business days. Depending on your location, you might receive the products much earlier. Please check out our complete Shipping and Delivery Policies here.
Tracking numbers will be automatically sent as soon as the order is shipped. Sometimes there might be additional delays that are beyond our control such as customs or postal delays. Thank you for your understanding.
Returns and Guarantee
We are very certain of our product quality and customer satisfaction which is why we offer a risk-free guarantee to all buyers of our products.
If you are not satisfied with the product you ordered, you have up to 30 days after receiving the product to contact us and ask for a full refund.
NOTE* For minor damages that can be a common occurance during transit we cannot issue completley new lamps. For any damage that hinders normal product usage - a free replacement will be issued.
